Located in Asheville, NC Blue Ridge Control Systems was founded in 2013. As a control system integrator, we design and build electrical control equipment for industrial processes. Whether you need a new control panel, sensor, or Human-Machine Interface (HMI), we can work with you to develop a cost-effective solution.
We started Blue Ridge Control Systems to deliver a high quality experience with regard to system integration projects. We view each project as a partnership with our customer and enjoy the collaborative process.
We begin by carefully listening to your needs and learning about your unique manufacturing process. Combining that with our years of control system experience, we propose a design that will offer you an appropriate return on investment. We will always consider how a design will scale with your expanding company or plant.
At Blue Ridge Control Systems, we like to go the extra mile for you. Especially in a few key areas that are often overlooked: User Interface, Documentation, and Support.
Every industrial process requires some type of user interface. Whether it’s a pilot light or interactive touch-screen panel, you need controls that are simple and intuitive to use. It’s critical to preventing mistakes and providing situational awareness.
Documentation is crucial for the long-term success of any automation project. Unfortunately, it’s the most neglected aspect. We insist on providing accurate, thorough, and easily understood documentation for each system. This includes but is not limited to: Electrical drawings, physical layouts, bills of material (BOM), source code, and an operations manual. Consider documentation as an integral part of your investment, along with the physical hardware that you’ve purchased.
Follow up support matters a lot to us. When a user interface or documentation package does not provide the answers you need, it’s important that you have somebody to call. We understand that downtime is unacceptable. Keeping your system up and running is our highest priority.
We’d love the opportunity to discuss your next control system project or join your support team. Please feel free to Contact Us for more information.
